Mind over matter is a phrase that has been used in several contexts, such as mind-centric spiritual doctrines, parapsychology, and philosophy.

Dictionary defines mind as “the element or complex of elements in an individual that feels, perceives, thinks, wills, and especially reasons” and mind over matter as able to; ” describe a situation in which someone is able to control a physical condition, problem, etc., by using the mind”.

During recente years there has been several attemps by particular type of people to control objects by using the mind with some interesting experiemnts that were never considered total valid from the scientific point of view. New Technologies related to systems that could alllow brain computer interface, currently being researched , could change such situatiion if the expected technology, utilizing implanted equipment could prove succesfully.

While some plans , like those of Neuralink by Elon Musk are starting to create the needed Technologies, future developments could lead to brain matter control capabilities and communications with the web. Future goals are still more ambitious and relate to mind uploading Technologies.
